I. Call to Order

• The general meeting was called to order @ 12:09 pm by Breck Cook, President
• Members Present: Breck Cook, Dave Jahn, James S., Serena Locke, Melany Klemmer, Andrew Owen, Ted Zuk, James Akery, Nathanial Patzke
• Welcome and Introductions – Roll Call

II. Approval of Agenda / Minutes

Minutes from March 2024

• Serena Locke made a motion to approve the minutes.
• Dave Jahn made a second to the motion.
• Motion approved.

III. Reports of Officers

Treasure’s Operating Report – March 2024

• Report Provided by Breck Cook for Nathanial Patzke
• Dave Jahn made a motion to approve the report.
• Melany Klemmer made a second to the motion.
• Motion approved.

IV. Guest Speakers

• Serena Locke- OPTA/PTN update
  • Spring Education Conference will be May 1st-3rd in Bend @ The Riverhouse,
• Ted Zuk- OBOA/Region II
  • OBOA ABM will be July 17th-18th in Bend @ The Riverhouse.
  • Region II raffle for a fly fishing trip in Montana- details to come
• Melany Klemmer- ICC Leadership Academy
  • Took Place in Orlando, Florida
  • Met a lot of new industry contacts
  • Learned a lot about what services ICC provides

V. New Business

• Day of Service – May 11th, 2024
  • T-Shirts are still on Sale to support the event
  • Signups are still available – Please sign up to volunteer
  • Location will be in Ashland

VI. Open Discussion

• ABM will be at Driftwood Shores in Florence, Oregon on August 15th & 16th
  • Education Topics so far:
    • Unvented Crawl & Attic Spaces
    • ORSAP Training
    • Bring your ideas
• Chapter Hosted Spring Training will be @ Jackson County Community Justice Building on May 16th
  • Chad Wiltrout- 9-12 : Means of Egress
  • Chase Browning- 1-3 : Fire Alarms
  • Chapter Meeting from 12-1
  • Tickets available on website
• Southern Oregon Home Show is May 3rd-5th
  • Banner: “Do I need a Permit?”

VIII. Motion to adjourn meeting.

• Dave Jahn made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
• Nathanial Patzke made a second to the motion.
• Meeting adjourned at 12:48 pm

IX. Next Meeting

• SOICC Chapter meeting in Person: May 16th, 2024 @12:00 p.m. at the Jackson County Community Justice Center during training.
