I. Call to Order
- The general meeting was called to order @ 12:30 pm by Breck Cook, President

II. Approval of Agenda / Minutes
Minutes from May 2024
- Chad Wiltrout made a motion to approve the minutes.
- Dave Jahn made a second to the motion.

IV. Guest Speakers
- Serena Locke- OPTA update
- OPTA Conference November 6th-8th.
- Annual day of service (fundraiser) October 19th.
- Steven Matiaco made a motion to donate $499 towards fundraiser for veteran’s build/ play structure.
- Ted Zuk made an amendment to the motion for $1,000.
- The motion was tabled for future discussion.
- Ted Zuk – Region II update
- Chapter fundraiser for raffle tickets for fishing guide trip in Montana.
- ICC secretary-treasurer campaign for Jim Sayers
- Breck Cook- ICC Update
- Kraig Stevenson, regional manager, to be replaced by Karen Beebe.
- Steven Matiaco – OBOA update
- OBOA Annual Business Meeting July 17th-19th.
- ORSAP training for Southern Oregon Region through OFMA
- Breck – ORSAP training also available through OBOA in November.
- Breck Cook – SOC-ICC
- Annual Business Meeting classes tiny buildings and weather barriers.
- Use ICC rewards points for sending someone to the ICC Annual Conference in Long Beach October 17th-23rd.
- Steven Matiaco made a motion to provide (4) $600 scholarships to assist in airfare and lodging.
- Chase Browning made a second to the motion.
- Motion approved.
