I. Call to Order
- The general meeting was called to order @ 12:15 pm by Breck Cook, President
- Members Present: Nat Patzke, Breck Cook, Serena Locke, Dave Jahn, Melany Klemmer, Madison Yock
- Welcome and Introductions – Roll Call
II. Approval of Agenda / Minutes
Minutes from June 2024
- Serena Locke made a motion to approve the minutes.
- Dave Jahn made a second to the motion.
- Motion approved.
III. Reports of Officers
Treasure’s report June 2024
- Treasurer’s Operating Report – Nat Patzke
- Motion to approve report by Serena Locke
- Dave Jahn made a second to the motion.
- Motion approved.
IV. Guest Speakers
- Serena Locke- OPTA/PTN update
- OPTA Conference November 6th-8th in Lebanon, OR at Boulder Falls
- Annual day of service (fundraiser) October 19th.
- Breck Cook- ICC Update
- Kraig Stevenson, regional manager, to be replaced by Karen Beebe.
- ICC secretary-treasurer campaign for Jim Sayers
- Madison Yock – BCD Update
- Ready-Built plans hearing on October 24, 2024
- ORSAP training for Southern Oregon Region through OFMA
- Breck – ORSAP training also available through OBOA in November.
- Breck Cook – SOC-ICC
- Annual Business Meeting classes tiny buildings and weather barriers.
- Motion/vote to Purchase new large pot for annual seafood boil.
- Use ICC rewards points for sending someone to the ICC Annual Conference in Long Beach October 17th-23rd.
