II. Approval of Agenda / Minutes

Treasurer’s Operating Report – Breck
- Reminder- Member dues need to be paid & Register for Annual Business

IV. Guest Speakers
- Wendy McKay – BCD
o Possibility of a “test‐out” option for code change
o 24‐23 – being proposed to be signed regarding 400 sq ft or less homes
based off appendix Q in the IRC
o House Bill 2001 – Has not been signed yet – regarding/redefining R‐3
occupancy
V. New Business
a. Steve- BCD contacted and said they will not be doing online training
for code update classes.
b. New Chapter Website – Due to release at Annual Business Meeting
c. NFSA Sprinkler System Training: NFPA 13, 13D, 13R (update class)

VI. Unfinished Business
a. Steve – Form Sharing- Jurisdictions involved in the process are,
Josephine county, City of Grants Pass, Jackson County, City of
Medford, and City of Ashland
Build up some “universal” forms for jurisdictions to use add
or update for themselves.
b. 2019 Membership Dues are still due. – will be contacted if you still
owe
c. SOC- ICC Annual Business Meeting – August 22-23, 2019 – Register
now

VII. Open Discussion
- Interest in ICC class in Fall 2018 IBC update or A 1-17 Accessibility class
o Contact Steve - Interest in Jerry’s Jet Boat ride in Gold Beach during Annual Business
